Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of your Thuru 304 account and the personal data associated with it at any time. There is no charge for a deletion request and no reason is required.

How to request deletion

Send an email to support@thuru304.com with the subject line Thuru 304 Data Deletion Request.

In the body of your email, please include:

Verification

To protect your account we may need to verify ownership before we can complete the request. We typically do this by sending a confirmation email to the address linked to your account, or by asking you to send the request from the same email address that is on file. Once verification is complete, we begin processing the deletion.

What gets deleted

What may be retained

Some records may be retained where this is required by law, by our app-store partners, or where they are needed for security or fraud prevention. Examples include anonymised match records (so other players' scores remain intact), audit logs of in-game actions, and any tax or billing records that we are legally required to keep. Where data is retained, identifying details are removed wherever possible.

Timing

Deletion is processed after we confirm the request is from the account holder. You will receive an email confirmation once the deletion has been scheduled. We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and complete deletion as soon as is reasonably practical after verification.

Local app data

A small amount of preference data (language, sound settings, onboarding state, and a per-device guest identifier) is cached locally on the device you used to play. You can clear this yourself at any time by signing out and clearing the browser / app's site data for Thuru 304.
