Acceptance
By installing or using Thuru 304 you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Virtual play only
Thuru 304 is a virtual card game. There is no real-money play, no cash payouts, and no purchase of in-game items that confer a competitive advantage. Any in-game items are for appearance and player identity only and have no monetary value.
Your account
- You are responsible for actions taken with your account.
- Display names must not be offensive or impersonate others.
- Cheating, exploiting bugs, or using unauthorised clients is prohibited and may result in suspension.
Conduct
- Be respectful in chat and during matches.
- Do not harass, threaten, or solicit personal information from other players.
- Do not promote external paid services through in-app channels.
Service availability
The service is provided "as is". We may pause or modify features for maintenance or to address abuse. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Intellectual property
The Thuru 304 name, art, sounds, and code are owned by the developer. You may not redistribute or reverse-engineer the app except as permitted by law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time — see the Data Deletion Instructions.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated in the app before they take effect.
